COLOUR IN THE LANDSCAPE
 
Join us on Thursday 1st October for a very special evening with local artist Sarah Bee, celebrating the opening of her exhibition in the studio at Cathryn Grace.
 
We’ll gather at 6pm to eat together, with a delicious vegan one-pot supper from the café, before Sarah begins her soft pastel and mixed media demonstration at around 7.30pm.
 
An active member of the Pastel Society, Sarah will share the process behind her work, demonstrating how she builds layers of soft pastel and mixed media to create the rich colour, texture and depth found in her landscapes. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and hear more about her practice.
 
The evening will finish at around 9–9.30pm, with drinks available to purchase from the café throughout. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact the café directly to let them know, ideally at least one week before the event, so they have plenty of time to accommodate you.
